Gluten-free banana pancakes | Tea & Biscuits
As I said in my last input on chia pudding, I like to think I'm eating fairly healthy most of the time. But when the weather is nice, as it has been lately, I naturally tend to eat salads and fruit instead of something heavier.
And here you pancakes that not only tastes delicious and very easy to make but also with no sugar or gluten in them, and are low in calories. Actually all that in them is banana and egg, with a small amount of baking query powder and cinnamon.
Now it is impossible to believe that bananas and eggs to make pancakes smart, but sure enough by some miracle it works. Of course you are not as good as normal pancakes, but they're delicious. And perfect if you are watching your weight or just want a slightly more healthy breakfast. A banana with eggs and they are a perfect food to eat if you have been working hard in the gym.
Method 1 Mash the banana in a bowl until it is fairly smooth, but with a few lumps. 2 Add the eggs and mix well before adding the baking powder and cinnamon, and mix again. 3 Then as usual with small pancakes, put a spoonful in a hot pan to cook. I tend to do about 4 at a time. 4 After a few minutes, turn them over and cook for a minute or two further. 5 Serve with fresh fruit and a small amount query of maple syrup.
