Day Tai Chi and Qi Gong International | Tai Chi and Chi Kung - Create School Blog
Last Friday we held the happening Hayarkon Park School Work Day Tai Chi and Qi Gong World. It was a chance to celebrate and enjoy together. Nira Rabinowitz gave us all morning edl Qigong rate open heart, then there were demonstrations of Tai Chi Yang style, Chen style Tai Chi and Zhang Vagoah. edl Later in the day Ayala Graizer offense Workshop Exploring Qigong for Women, Andre Flav Workshop on Chen style Tai Chi, and I'm a basic workshop on the basics of Tai Chi. At the end of the day Andrei instructive workshops on grounding and partner work. For the benefit of those who were not, and for the benefit of those who, I am part of the beautiful pictures taken by Omri Schechter, edl and video demos.
