Parykeer it is necessary to just sit a while to stop and ask yourself the question: What is God teaching me at this stage of my life? For the good that happened to you or that you wonder xbmc whether you are in the Bible to read and see whether what you chat with people you can find out what it is that the Lord your learning. I preached Sunday about the girl drowned and learn from the Lord about faith. So I believe the Lord is teaching me again of faith. This morning we will continue on this journey of faith when we learn from the Word think about faith and the way we look.
We are the last few weeks working on our parish website. We find it increasingly xbmc used and are very grateful that there is a competent team had been looking after our website. One of the most important property of a website where people naturally look to visit your website. There is done a lot of research and we try this research used in the preparation of our website. For the point is, people look at specific ways and at specific locations to a website. xbmc Look at this picture of what people's view most look. SLIDE
It is very interesting to note how one's eye on a page "scan". SLIDE. There is a pattern! And friends, just as there is a pattern how you live "scan". You and I developed very quickly fixed patterns or certain ways in which we look at life. And the newspaper in the morning, the headlines going to work our eye-catching, xbmc the 7 o'clock news at night also helps these patterns form. With the result that we are all more or less the same eye look at our circumstances, with the same eye for the future of our country. And unfortunately it is true that our eyes are all practiced to see the negative and bad first touch and focus on.
If we make it more personal this morning; you might sit trapped in a situation where you simply do not know how else looking at it. You might not otherwise look at your problems, otherwise your sad, otherwise your concern because you have developed from watching this fixed pattern.
You see, Paul is doing in 2 Corinthians how difficult it is in this life to be a child of God. He told of all the suffering and sorrow and persecution and oppression that he always experienced (2 Corinthians 4: 7-15). xbmc It is difficult for him to maintain a positive outlook on life. And then Paul with the faith truth in verse 18. To see meaning in life, we must view training xbmc to look in the right places! xbmc
2 Corinthians 4:18 "We eyes not on what is seen, but on the invisible; For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. xbmc " The key to a view that light and life seen in the first place to realize that what I have here where I live, what I see, what I work, what I gather, xbmc that which I slaving here is all I have! Life does not consist of what I can not see!
Friends, this life is not all that you have, nothing like this forever. Everything xbmc in life has an expiration date. And Paul simply use his own body as an example that the here and now only a small part of the real life.
Our earthly existence xbmc and earthly bodies like a tent, Paul said. Nobody xbmc yet remain permanently in a tent! Tents are well which you for some time camping xbmc or holiday. And as tents in the sun and wind up again, xbmc verblyk and tore it after a while. And as the time for each of us goes, we tent dwellings systematically xbmc broken down. We grow old, our strength becomes less, our minds stronger, our legs and backs stooped, our eyes dimmed and we breathe xbmc less. We experience each but the deterioration of our bodies, now no matter whether we 30 or 80 years old. But tents are temporary, that is not all home we did not! When we breathe out here asempies and the stakes are out it's just the end of a tent holiday to withdraw our eternal permanent dwellings that Jesus made ready for us! It is in fact the message of Lent. Lent reminds us of the fact that Jesus we have achieved a new outlook on life. What he did, his resurrection is a confirmation of the fact that you and I are merely temporary tent dwellers, but with a permanent address heavenly! SLIDE
Friends, faith changed the way we look! Religion should change the way we live "scan". Religion changed our way of looking at what is happening around us. We must surely look different and think differently than people without faith and without God and without an eternal future! Why do
